You and Gaute Tesli recently joined the board, and the two of you have made so many changes for the better. First of all is the fact that everything is being done by the book now. It is fantastic that you dedicate a good amount time to share your judging experience with other judges, and I have received great feedback about the process. Bringing iced lolly for the players to enjoy and to cool down was an excellent gesture, and surely lightens the mood of the players. I hope you keep up this great work!"

You always show up to events early and clean the tables if needed, even when you're not judging that event. You always help out with events whenever possible even without having to ask you, like moving chairs and tables, picking up trash, and so on. There's always a smile on your face and its clearly contagious to the people around you. You're passionate about being a judge and always enjoy my "pop-quizzes" and try your best to answer them.
