Periodisk berømmes utvalgte Magic-dommere for sin innsats for dommerprogrammet og spillmiljøene sine. Dette gjøres gjennom "The Exemplar Program", som ble satt i gang i 2. halvdel av 2014. Alle L2-dommere og høyere har mulighet til å velge ut noen som de mener fortjener en ekstra klapp på skulderen. Listen over dommere som gjenkjennes sendes til Wizards of the Coast, som bestemmer om de vil belønne dem på noen måte.

Bølgen for vinteren 2015 hadde frist til og med 2. mars for å levere gjenkjennelsene. I går ble resultatene offentliggjorte, og denne gangen ble følgende 3 norske dommere trukket frem for sin innsats.
